Hi! My name is,

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a sleeveless white button-up top, smiling and sitting on a beige sofa in a living room with a beige wall and a patterned pillow in the background.

I grew up in Central Texas and loves it here. I have four children, three of whom are now young adults. Through the 23 years plus journey of motherhood and raising children I have faced many experiences that have shaped my love of humanity and kindness for each unique person.

HOW I CAN HELP

I received my Bachelor's Degree from Texas State University and am finishing up my Masters in Professional Counseling at Lamar University.

I love both structure with clarity and creativity with compassion when applying counseling principles with clients.

I have a great love for specific, small practical goals as well as the power of positive dreams in life.

My professional counseling approach will rely on both the scientific research of the body and mind with the powerful ways our beliefs and thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors.

I’m especially interested in supporting those with…

Women's issues
Anxiety
Depression
Relationship issues
Life skills
Adolescents
