Hi! I am originally from West Texas but have lived in Central Texas all of my adult life. My path to counseling has been shaped by my background working as a nurse. Caring for patients at their most vulnerable has given me a unique and humbled appreciation for humanity. It has also inspired me to transition from treating the physical body to caring for the mind, heart, and soul.

In my free time, I enjoy baking sourdough bread, taking walks with my husband and dog, spending time on the lake, or trying a new restaurant in the area.

I am a current graduate student at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center pursuing my Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I have a holistic perspective of the therapeutic space and a strong belief that physical and mental well-being are deeply connected. I aim to help clients get out of their heads and into their hearts and bodies. Taking the first steps toward counseling can be scary and intimidating, and I’m glad you’re here. Therapy with me is collaborative and approachable. My goal is to create a space where individuals feel safe to be their most authentic selves. Life can be incredibly overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone, and I would be honored to walk with you through your healing and growth journey.
