I am a wife and a mother/stepmother to a beautiful blended family, which has shaped my understanding of life’s complexities, transitions, and the importance of compassion in the healing process. I am passionate about exploring the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, and how this relationship influences overall mental health and well-being.
When I’m not supporting clients, I like to practice hot yoga, hike, or spend time in the sauna.

I am currently a graduate student at Lamar University pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a longtime member of the Kyle and Buda community since 2006, I value connection, relationships, and the importance of feeling supported within one’s environment.
My counseling approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring each individual’s unique experiences and inner strengths. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable, heard, and respected. I work collaboratively with clients to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
