I grew up in the DFW metroplex and moved to central Texas in 2022. Prior to earning my Master of Science I earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and enjoy supporting clients on religious and spiritual issues, when they’re interested. When I’m not doing therapy you can probably find me either playing a board game or with my nose in a book.

OUR WORK TOGETHER

There are so many reasons that can lead us to seek therapy. Maybe we’re grieving the loss of someone we love, or wondering why we keep repeating the same patterns in our relationships, or just struggling with the heaviness of life.

We'll work on relieving whatever is distressing you day to day, while also paying close attention to what those struggles might be trying to tell you. I take personality seriously, not as a diagnosis, but as a map of your particular strengths, blind spots, and the patterns you default to under stress, and I'm glad to make room for faith and spiritual life in our work together when that matters to you. I have a particular love for working with men navigating this stage of life, including through men's work and initiatory traditions, though I welcome adults of all backgrounds who are wrestling with these same questions.

My style is warm, collaborative, and non-directive. Above all, this work is about paying attention: to what's beneath the surface, to the relationships in your life, and to the relationship between the two of us.

SPECIALTIES

I work with adults in midlife who find themselves asking harder questions than they expected to be asking at this stage: about who they've become, whether the life they built still fits, and whether their faith still holds up under the weight of real life. Often what brought them in looks like anxiety, restlessness, or a sense that something's off, but underneath it is usually something older: a wound from early in life that's quietly been shaping how they trust, connect, and see themselves and the world ever since.
