Therapy can be a deeply transformative experience where you may discover more of who you are and ultimately find a greater sense of peace. As a relational psychodynamic therapist, I work to create an environment where you feel understood and supported in exploring your story.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and perinatal patients. I also am an especially good fit for those who struggle with feelings of guilt and shame; those who consider themselves highly sensitive; those who feel like outsiders; and those struggling with perinatal mental health disorders.
My approach is relational and collaborative. Using a psychodynamic lens, I focus on root emotional and relational patterns that show up in therapy. Together, we work to decrease symptoms while digging deep to address why symptoms show up so that you can move toward lasting change.
I received a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas Dallas and Iām a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. In addition to psychotherapy, I am passionate about seeing families thrive and offer individual parenting support, a parenting blog, and an online parenting community on Instagram. I look forward to working with you.
